Once we receive and verify your deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
Please note that deletion is irreversible. Any active course access or unused purchases will be forfeited upon deletion and cannot be recovered.
If you wish to delete your Lacuna Astro account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Yes — if you change your mind after deleting your account, recovery may be possible within 20 days of deletion. Once this window passes, your data is permanently erased and cannot be restored.
To initiate a recovery, please follow these steps:
Your last recharge coin amount and an Apple / Google Play payment invoice (if available).
Your Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Time of Birth, your profile phone number, and the last 3 questions you asked on the app.
Once all required details are verified, your account will be restored within 10 working days.
